Brambles Equipment Services Inc. was formed in the USA, by Brambles Industries Limited, Australia. Brambles Equipment Services (BES) was sold to National Equipment Services (NES) in the USA, in 2002. Brambles - Burnett negotiated the rights for use of various business holdings, land and buildings, including naming rights etc, from Brambles Industries Limited, Australia.

Brambles - Burnett, Nevada USA

Brambles - Burnett, in Nevada USA, is a family owned business, which operates across various verticals, including mining and re-mining. We operate a related entity, called ASXMGU, in the state of Nevada USA. ASXMGU currently operates three Iron Ore Mines in Nevada. The business was named after purchasing bare land in the newly named Burnett Avenue at Mountains Edge, in Nevada USA,  in 2002.

Burnett Holdings Pty Ltd, was registered in Australia, in March 1972 and was the Australian Operating Company for Burnett Holdings Ltd. Burnett Holdings Pty Ltd, was deregistered on the 2nd of July 1982.

Burnett Holdings Ltd, was registered in Australia, in March 1972 and deregistered on the 2nd of July 1982. Burnett Holdings Ltd, was the ultimate holding Company for Burnett Holdings Pty Ltd. 

Tjukaro Securities Corporation Pty Ltd

Tjukaro Securities Corporation Pty Ltd, was liquidated on the 21st Dec 1981. Burnett Holdings Ltd and Burnett Holdings Pty Ltd, were former names. Tjukaro was owned and run by family member, Mr Warwick Holcroft, who served as a Director at Brambles Holdings Limited, Australia (1964 - 1980).. 

Brambles Industries (NZ) Limited

Brambles Industries (NZ) Limited, was incorporated on the 29th of March, 1968, in Auckland New Zealand as an operating company.  The controlling company was Brambles Industries Limited and the holding company was Brambles Holdings Pty. Limited, both domiciled in Australia. 

Burnett Holdings (NZ) Limited

Burnett Holdings (NZ) Limited, was the result of the amalgamation of Burnett's Motors, Burnett Transport of Ashburton and various other business related entities in New Zealand.

Brambles Burnett Limited

Brambles Burnett Limited, was formed, from the merger of Brambles Industries (NZ) Limited and Burnett Holdings (NZ) Limited in 1972. The merger ended, when Bob Burnett retired in 1981 and Burnett Holdings was taken over by the Mogal Corporation, New Zealand.
